I am going to do this by:
- Counting my calories using MyFitnessPal.
- Follow the 80/20 eating rule. I am going to eat strictly according to my diet 80% of the time and for 20% I am going to allow myself some grace.
- I am going to be kind to myself.
- I am going to get out of bed and exercise, again 5 out of 7 days of the week.
- I am going to limit my sugars and bread/pasta/carbs
- I am going to turn back on my calorie counter and work to burn 3000 calories a day.
- I will blog once a week on my progress, successes, and failures. I will be 100% honest.
I think it is great that you set specific goals! You can do it girl!
